KILLING ALL YOUR FEARS

It,s so obvious to be afraid when you know that a test is a head of you, it is when you calm yourself and make practice an hourly routine which you feel ill when you fail to accomplish it.

In any competition, fear is the only one thing you wanna eliminate for good, that’s where this article comes in please don’t rule it out just use it appropriately:

l Think of falling: what if you fail? What if it’s the last chance? How will it Impact my life? Will it be stressful? Can I reform?

To answer that, the first thing you wanna do is make everything positive, remember you haven’t failed yet so kill what you think is a possible answer to the questions above by making it positive to you and as a lesson learned. The next thing you wanna do is…

l Think of the cause of failing. Did you have enough time to practice? Were you willing to fail? Did you know what was coming? Is this a test to fail? Does it mean anything to you?: if you find that the cause of failing is so obvious, lets say you knew what was coming and you didn’t practice to understand or lets say that you are not prepared in any way the failing will be obvious.

But if you were well prepared, as you know, there are two things, you either fail or become an achiever so I would suggest that you should immediately get get into the competition room Without any doubt cause you know that you got all it takes to be a Victor.

I bet that in the competition room you won’t understand the definition of fear but rather you will help others eliminate their fear.
